Dividend Policy and Payments

Annual dividend payments may vary based on the company's business performance, financial conditions, investment plans, working capital needs, and other factors as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors and/or shareholders.

The policy of the company is to pay as dividends not less than 25 percent of the company’s annual net profit (after corporate income tax and appropriation of statutory reserves).

However, the dividend payment for each year may vary depending upon the business operations of the Company, financial conditions, investment plan and the need for working capital for business operation and expansion as well as other relevant factors, as the Board of Directors and/or the shareholders of the Company deem appropriate.
